Preheat oven to 190°C (374°F) and line a baking tray.
Mix cream, butter, flour, and salt to make a dough, chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough, cut with cookie cutters, coat in sugar, and bake for 7-9 minutes.
Cool cookies completely after baking.
Make cream filling by mixing butter, icing sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
Pipe cream onto one cookie, sandwich with another, and serve.
