Mix apples, lemonade, flour, spices, and sugars, and simmer until softened.
Grease a muffin tin and sprinkle with sugar, cut puff pastry and preheat oven.
Mold pastry in wells, fill with apple mixture, and pinch edges to seal.
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle sugar, and bake for 20 minutes, cover and bake 5 more if needed.
Let rest for 1-2 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a rack.
Keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days, reheat as desired.
