Lingkan Reang
Mix flour, sugar, salt, milk, vanilla, and oil to make a thin crepe batter.
Cook ¾ of mangoes with sugar until thick, then add cardamom and fresh mango pieces.
Heat a non-stick tawa, add oil or butter, and cook the crepes on both sides.
Spoon the mango filling onto the crepes.
Fold the crepes from all sides to enclose the filling.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
