All-purpose flour, warm milk, active dry yeast, eggs, butter, salt, vegetable oil for frying, powdered sugar., water.
In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, eggs, salt, and melted butter. Add the yeast mixture.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Once risen, punch down the dough and divide it into small balls (about 2 inches in diameter).
Bake the bomboloni. Carefully fry the dough balls until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Fill your bomboloni with your favorite jam or pastry cream using a piping bag & enjoy.
