200g paneer, 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 onion, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp green chili sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, Salt and pepper to taste.
In a bowl, combine grated paneer, cornflour, flour, ginger, garlic, and onion. Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper to form a smooth, firm dough. Shape into small balls and set aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, fry the paneer balls until golden brown and crispy.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions and bell pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add the fried paneer balls into the sauce mixture. Toss them carefully so they’re coated with the sauce.
Serve hot as a snack or appetizer, garnished with spring onions or coriander leaves. Enjoy your crispy, flavorful Paneer Manchurian Balls!
