Boil your favorite pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a pan, melt butter, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg for extra flavour.
Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce, mixing until well-coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving. Enjoy!
