Mixed veggies, onion, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger, garlic, spices, fresh coconut, curry leaves.
Chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces and Slice onions and tomatoes.
Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.
Add onions and mix veggies and sauté until golden and then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.
Grind fresh coconut with a little water into a smooth paste.
