You need a sweet corn, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, salt, grated coconut, mustard seed, oil, lemon wedges
Heat oil in a pan, Add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Let them splutter and turn golden. Then, add the green chilies, curry leaves & sauté.
Add the boiled sweet corn to the pan and mix well with the tempering.
Turn off the heat and add 4 tablespoons of grated fresh coconut. Mix very well.
Once the sweet corn is well-mixed with the spices, garnish with freshly coriander leaves and add salt. Serve and enjoy.
