Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces for quicker cooking.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the garlic, onions, tomato and saute them.
Add chicken & cook in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a dash of pepper.
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well until the pieces are coated.
Let the sauce simmer until it thickens and gets sticky.
Serve your sticky honey garlic chicken hot, with rice or your favorite sides & enjoy.
