Delicious Spinach, Potato & Cheese Quiche: Savory Delight For Any Meal

Preheat oven to 200°C and boil potatoes in salted water until tender.

Saute spinach in butter until wilted, then set aside to cool.

Roll and line the pie crust in a mold, prick with a fork, and bake for 15 minutes. 

Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper for the filling.

Layer the baked crust with potatoes, spinach, and cheese, then pour the filling over. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes, cool for 5 minutes, then unmold, slice, and serve.
