You need a 2 eggs, spinach, crumbled feta cheese, oil, salt, pepper, milk and red chilli flakes.
Start by sautéing the spinach in olive oil over medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for flavor.
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add a tablespoon of milk for a fluffy texture. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed spinach in the pan. Cook & allowing the eggs to set. Add crumbled feta on top.
Once the eggs are set, gently fold the omelette in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Your Spinach Feta Omelette is ready to serve.
