Lingkan Reang
Mix spices and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Blend ginger, garlic, spices, and chop onions.
Cook whole spices and onions in oil.
Stir in green chillies, powders, and ginger-garlic paste.
Roast mutton until it releases water, then dry it out.
Add water and cook for 4 whistles.
Add tomatoes, and masala, and simmer until oil separates.
Serve with rice or chapati.
