You need a Radish, coconut oil, mustard seed, udad dal, jeera podi, some spices, manjal podi and grated coconut.
Take a radish then peel off and grate the radish.
Take coconut in a mixer, then grind it to a coarse mix.
Heat oil in a pan, then add in mustard, urad dal and cumin seeds. let it crackle, and add in grated radish and saute well.
Add Salt then cook till raw smell leaves and the radish is cooked, add in chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Saute for a min.
Add in grated coconut and mix well. Cook for few more mins.
Your perfect radish thoran is ready. Serve and enjoy.
