Delicious Prawn Chukka Recipe: A Spicy South Indian Delight

Grind masala ingredients into a coarse paste.

Heat oil, saute curry leaves and onions for 1-2 minutes.

Add prawns, salt, and turmeric powder, and mix well.

Add masala paste and cook covered for 5-8 minutes.

Uncover and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Stir in pepper and garam masala.

Serve with rice or roti.
