Ingredients – 500g Chicken – 2 tbsp Ghee or Oil – 1 large Onion (finely chopped) – 1 Tomato (pureed) – 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste – 2-3 Green Chilies (slit) – 1/2 cup Yogurt – 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp Garam Masala – Salt to taste
Mix Chicken with Yogurt, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Salt, and Half of the Ginger-Garlic Paste.
Add Chopped Onion and Cook it until Golden Brown with Ginger-Garlic Paste.
Add Tomato Puree, Red Chili Powder, and Salt.
Add Chicken Pieces and Mix Well with the Base.
