Prepare pizza dough and set aside to rise.
Preheat oven to 250°C with bottom rod only for a crispy crust.
Saute onions and mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes, then season with oregano, salt, chili flakes, and parsley.
Roll out dough, spread tomato sauce, and top with mushroom filling, oregano, chili flakes, and cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve hot.
