Delicious Mushroom Manchurian: A Crispy  Indo-Chinese Delight

Mix all batter ingredients to a thick consistency and coat mushrooms.

Fry the coated mushrooms in hot oil until golden and drain. 

Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic, onions, and green chillies for a minute. 

Add bell peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in sauces, vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar, and water, bring to a boil. 

Add fried mushrooms, mix with cornflour slurry, and finish with spring onions.
