In a microwave-safe glass bowl, mix rice flour and salt, then add hot water gradually to form a crumbly texture.
Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small gap, and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Stir the mixture, add water if needed, then cover and microwave for another 2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked mixture to a greased silicone mat and pound using a masher until smooth.
Knead the dough with hands, adding hot water if it’s too dry, until soft and smooth.
Divide the dough into portions, roll into ropes, cut, and coat with sesame oil.
Can be stored in a ziploc bag.
