Wash mutton pieces and marinate with spices.
Heat coconut oil, fry garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Add chopped onions and curry leaves, cook until soft.
Add marinated mutton, salt, pepper powder, and coconut pieces.
Add 2 cups water, and cook until mutton is tender and water evaporates.
