Lingkan Reang
Wash, peel, and chop apples, then cook in a microwave or on the stovetop until soft.
Mash the cooked apples to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
Stir in sugar and mix well.
Transfer to a kadai and cook on medium heat until thick and pulling away from the sides (15-20 mins).
Stir in lemon juice after turning off the heat.
Let the mixture cool, then transfer to an airtight container for storage.
