Puff pastry, green peas, salt, pepper, garlic, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, ginger paste, peppercorns, and coriander seeds, fennel seeds.
Cook your peas (or use thawed frozen peas). Mash them with a fork or potato masher for a smooth consistency.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add mashed peas and season with salt & pepper.
Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface. Make sure it's even.
Spread the pea mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a small border.
Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch wide pinwheels.
Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden and puffed.
