Lingkan Reang
Marinate chicken with salt, soy sauce, and vinegar for 30 minutes.
Blend onion, ginger, and garlic into a fine paste.
Sear the chicken in hot oil until browned, remove and set aside.
Cook the ground masala in the same oil until aromatic and oil separates.
Add spices, ketchup, green chilli, and water, mix, then add chicken and cook for 25–30 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
