Rice flour, water, salt, and freshly grated coconut for the milk.
Mix rice flour, salt, and water to form a smooth dough.
Using an idiyappam maker, press the dough into thin strings on a steaming tray.
Steam the shaped dough for about 10-15 minutes until soft and fluffy.
Blend fresh grated coconut with water, strain to make smooth coconut milk.
Serve the soft Idiyappam with a generous pour of coconut milk. A true delight.
