Cook mixed dals in a pressure cooker until soft, then blend.
Boil mutton with salt and water for 15 minutes.
Heat oil and ghee, add whole spices and cook for 30 seconds.
Saute onions until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and spices.
Add chopped bottle gourd, tomatoes, and cook until gourd is half done.
Stir in mint leaves, boiled mutton, and blended dals, cook for 5 minutes.
Finish with amchur, lemon juice, and garnish with coriander.
