Cook minced chicken with onions, ginger, garlic, and spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala for a flavorful filling.
Mix flour, salt, and oil with water to make a soft dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough into thin circles and cut them in half to form a semi-circle for folding.
Fold the dough into a cone shape, fill it with the chicken mixture, and seal the edges using water.
Heat oil in a deep pan and prepare for frying until it’s hot enough for the samosas.
Deep fry the samosas in hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
