Cauliflower, lasagne sheets, cheese, butter, flour, milk, mustard, salt & pepper.
Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for 5-7 minutes until tender.
In a pan, melt butter. Add flour, and cook for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk to form a smooth sauce.
In a baking dish, layer lasagne sheets, cauliflower, and cheese sauce. Repeat the layers.
Cover with foil and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes to crisp the top.
