Grease a baking pan with ghee, sprinkle sugar, and caramelize it over heat until golden.
Blend bread, milk, sugar, condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour the custard mixture into the caramelized pan.
Cover the pan with foil or wrap and steam for 40-45 minutes.
Check doneness with a knife, then cool for 2 hours in the fridge.
Slice and serve chilled.
