Butternut squash, olive oil, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, fresh thyme, salt.
peel half of the butternut squash, then using the veggie peeler, make ribbons.
While the squash roasts, roll out the pizza dough to your desired size. Preheat your oven to 475°F.
Once the squash is done, spread ricotta cheese over the dough, then layer on the mozzarella and roasted squash.
Move to a pizza stone (or bake on a sheet pan) and bake until pizza is beautifully golden, bubbling and the dough is cooked through- 7-8 minutes.
Fresh out of the oven – your Butternut Squash Pizza is ready to servef fresh sage or parmesan on top.
