Pressure cook baby potatoes for 2 whistles, drain, and cool.
Lightly smash the potatoes.
Coat in cornflour mix and fry until golden, drain and set aside.
Re-fry potatoes for extra crispiness, then drain again.
Toss fried potatoes with prepared sauce.
Serve topped with more sauce, onion, and coriander leaves.
