200g feta, 1/2 cup puff pastry, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp oregano, egg, 1 tbsp honey (optional), fresh herbs for garnish.
Slice the feta into bite-sized cubes.
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares, large enough to wrap the feta cubes.
Place each feta cube in the center of a puff pastry square and fold over to seal.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed up.
erve warm with fresh herbs on top and enjoy.
