Preheat the oven to 425°F and whisk the sauce ingredients together.
Toss brussels sprouts and butternut squash in avocado oil and salt.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown in a pan with butter.
Add vegetables and cranberries to the pan, then pour the sauce over the chicken.
Bake uncovered in the oven for 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
