Preheat the oven to 170°C and prepare a 15 cm round cake pan with greased parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and butter, then let it cool slightly.
Whip eggs until fluffy, pale, and frothy.
Gently fold the egg mixture into the melted chocolate in batches.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 30-45 minutes until set.
Cool, invert, remove parchment, slice, and serve with ice cream.
