Lingkan Reang
Blend yogurt, besan, spices, and salt into a smooth puree.
Saute whole spices in oil, then add onions and cook until golden.
Pour in the besan mixture with water and cook until thick and oil separates.
Add paneer and sugar, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in kasuri methi and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
