Lingkan Reang
Whisk yogurt, gram flour, and turmeric powder until smooth.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, and let them sizzle.
Saute ginger, then add onions and chillies, cooking until golden.
Add the besan mixture with water, whisking constantly, and bring to a boil.
Cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes, then add salt and mix well.
Remove from heat, stir in chilli powder, coriander leaves, and sugar, serve with rice.
