Thin poha, freshly grated coconut, finely chopped onion, green chilies, lemon juice, sugar, salt, roasted peanuts, fresh coriander.
In a bowl, mix poha with grated coconut, chopped onion, green chilies, sugar, and salt. Add curd or coconut milk and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them crackle and pour this tempering over the poha mixture.
For a tangy twist, squeeze fresh lemon juice into the poha mixture and mix well.
Squeeze lemon juice, add roasted peanuts, and garnish with fresh coriander. Mix well and serve.
