- Mashed potatoes - Dabeli masala - Tamarind chutney - Garlic chutney - Pomegranate seeds - Roasted peanuts - Butter - Pav buns
Sauté dabeli masala in a bit of oil, mix in mashed potatoes, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add tamarind chutney, mix well, and garnish with pomegranate seeds and roasted peanuts.
Slather butter on both sides of the pav buns and toast them on a hot pan until golden and crispy.
Spread garlic chutney and tamarind chutney inside the buns. Add the potato filling, top with sev, more peanuts, and pomegranate seeds.
Close the bun, press lightly, and toast again if desired. Serve hot with extra chutneys on the side.
