Mutton Cutlet Recipe: A Perfect Snack For Every Occasion 

Saute fennel seeds, onions, curry leaves, green chillies, and ginger garlic paste in oil. 

Add minced mutton, cook for 10 minutes, then brown the meat. Add salt, spices, peas, ketchup, and mashed potatoes. 

Add breadcrumbs if needed, shape into patties, and coat with egg and breadcrumbs. 

Chill patties in the fridge for 30 minutes or freeze. 

Fry cutlets in hot oil until golden on both sides. 

Serve hot with ketchup.
