Bread, cucumber, cream cheese, butter, dill or parsley, salt, and pepper.
Slice the cucumber thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline for perfect, delicate slices.
In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese, butter, and fresh dill or parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread a generous layer of the creamy mixture onto each slice of bread. Make it even and smooth.
Place the cucumber slices in a single layer on top of the spread. Arrange them neatly for that perfect look.
Top with another slice of bread to create your sandwich. Press gently to hold everything in place.
Slice into triangles for a pretty presentation. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
