Crunchy, Healthy, And Delicious: Potato Peel Chips

Start by washing the potato peels thoroughly to remove dirt. You can leave the skin on the peels for extra texture.

Toss the clean potato peels in salt, and your choice of seasonings.

Seasoning

Mix the clean potato peels with olive oil. Make sure the peels are fully coated.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned potato peels evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
