Polenta, garlic, olive oil,butter, salt, pepper, fresh herbs.
Boil water or broth, add polenta slowly while stirring. Cook until thickened (~5-7 mins).
Mix in olive oil, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Pour into a baking dish and let it cool.
Once set, slice the polenta into fry shapes.
Place fries on a baking sheet, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 mins until crispy.
Garnish with fresh herbs and dip in your favorite sauce.
