Clean fresh anchovies and place them in a bowl.
Add salt, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, rice flour, egg, and lemon juice.
Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Fry the anchovies until golden and crispy.
Strain on paper towels and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
