Boil water with salt and turmeric, then cook cauliflower until tender. Strain and cool.
In a bowl, mix the cooked cauliflower with all ingredients except oil. Add a splash of water if needed.
Heat oil for deep frying.
Drop the cauliflower pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Strain the fried cauliflower to remove excess oil.
Serve hot and enjoy!
