Lingkan Reang
Mix all ingredients (until breadcrumbs) to form a soft dough.
Divide dough into portions and shape into bullet-shaped balls.
Prepare two bowls: one with flour, one with a flour-water paste, and a plate of breadcrumbs.
Roll each ball in flour, dip in the paste, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the balls until golden.
Drain and serve.
