Sunny Priyan
Cut white fish fillets into strips. Wash and pat dry with paper towels.
Coat fish in flour, dip in beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the coated fish sticks in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
Remove fish sticks from the pan and drain the oil on paper towels.
Serve with your favourite dipping sauce like tartar sauce or ketchup. Enjoy!
