Whole wheat flour, oil, ajwain, jeera, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, water, ghee or butter.
Start by cleaning and cutting the fish into pieces. Marinate it with turmeric, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt.
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a thin circle, about 6-8 inches wide.
Cook the rolled dough on a hot tawa (griddle) until both sides are golden and crisp.
Serve with chutney or your favorite dip for an irresistible treat.
