Boil small potatoes in salted water until cooked, then strain and set aside.
Mash roasted garlic with its oil, paprika, salt, and parsley.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and smash potatoes on a baking tray with a jar.
Brush garlic oil mixture over potatoes, flip, and brush again.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
Serve with a dipping sauce made of mayo, garlic, and ketchup.
