Boil small potatoes with salt until cooked, then strain and set aside.
Mix roasted garlic, garlic oil, paprika, salt, and parsley, and mash roughly.
Preheat oven to 200°C and arrange potatoes on a baking tray.
Smash potatoes with a glass jar, then brush with garlic oil mixture.
Flip potatoes and apply more garlic oil, then bake for 30-35 minutes.
Serve with a dipping sauce made from mayo, garlic, and ketchup.
