Crispy Pappada Vada: A Crunchy Tea-Time Delight

Ingredients

Besan, rice flour, spices, salt, sesame seeds, ajwain seeds, salt, butter.

Mix Dry Ingredients

Take a mixing bowl and mix together rice flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, black sesame seeds, cumin seeds, salt, and asafoetida.

Make Batter

Mix gram flour, rice flour, turmeric, chili powder, hing & salt. Add water gradually to make a smooth batter.

 Coat Pappadam

Dip each pappadam in the batter, ensuring an even coat.

Deep Fry

Heat oil & fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil.

Serve & Enjoy

Enjoy hot with coconut chutney or a cup of chai.
