You need a carom seeds, besan, hing, some spices, oil and water.
Heat oil in a pan, Add 1 teaspoon carom seeds, roast the carom seeds for some seconds.
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of beasa flour, carom seeds powder, hing and some spices and salt.
Next, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a steel bowl, When the oil becomes hot, add it to the flour mixture. you can also use ghee
Next, add water in portions, Mix well and begin to knead to a smooth dough. knead to a smooth dough.
Use the disc for preparing omapodi. Apply some water or oil in the sev press or murukku maker.
