Crispy & Irresistible Malaysian Fried Chicken Recipe

Marinate chicken with salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes. 

Dry roast spices and blend with lemongrass, ginger, galangal, garlic, and turmeric into a coarse paste. 

Mix the paste with chicken and marinate for 1 hour. 

Add egg and cornstarch to the marinated chicken, mix well. 

Deep fry the chicken until golden and crispy (12-15 minutes). 

Strain and serve hot.
